Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we offer refunds on goods, but not on services. Please note that if 14 days have passed since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.

 To qualify for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging, accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

 Please be aware that items that have been made or personalized for you are non-refundable, unless they are defective. Therefore, we recommend that you thoroughly review all items prior to making a purchase. 

If you need to return an item, please contact us at the email address provided on our website, and we will provide you with the return address. Once we receive your returned item, we will notify you by email and inspect it for reasonable condition. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, which we will process within seven business days. 

When returning an item, we suggest that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items during transit. Please note that you are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item, and that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping, unless it is for a faulty item, will be deducted from your refund.
