- Due to the high demand for appointments, canceling early opens up slots for others to receive timely care, optimizing our appointment availability.
- A cancellation policy is in place for **ALL** services at Tina’s Touch, allowing us to charge a cancellation fee if necessary.
- To reschedule or cancel, kindly inform us at least 24 hours before your appointment.
- If less than 24 hours' notice is given, a fee of 25% of the service(s) will apply.
- Being 10 minutes late may result in a no-show status and incur a cancellation fee.
